Your transformation journey starts with a FREE consultation. Before you make this important decision, we must establish whether we can help you in the first place and whether we are a good fit to work together!

After the initial chat, the personal trainer might conclude that you are not yet ready to undergo this process and might recommend some of our other services. You might conclude that you can not commit to some of the requirements in this process.

What requirements do clients need to adhere to get the desired results?

  1. A minimum of 3 resistance-based workouts per week with a personal trainer or by following an online training program if they train alone.

  2. Commit to a cardio regimen proposed by our personal trainers

  3. Regular weekly check-ins

  4. Follow a structured diet plan, choose a meal plan delivery service, or track food via a food log application like MyFitness Pal or Fat Secret.

  5. Long-term commitment minimum of 8 weeks to see desired results.

What kind of training plans are offered in the body transformation program?

The main objective of the training program is to provide an optimal stimulus for our clients to achieve muscle gain or preserve muscle tissue depending on the size of the deficit adjusted in the nutrition plan.

Physiologically for the human body, whether male or female, to grow muscle tissue, the ideal environment is a caloric surplus. However, most people opting for our in-person or online program have the objective of looking ripped and chiseled in a period of 8-16 weeks. To achieve that, the body is put on a low-calorie diet which does not represent the ideal scenario for growing muscle mass. So the main objective is to keep the protein intake high between 1.8-2.5gm per kg of BW to preserve as much muscle tissue as possible as our client sheds body fat week after week.

Once you have achieved your desired results, you can then apply a more relaxed method where you track your calorie via a food app, or you focus on tracking your protein while you listen to your body and eat when you are hungry.
