Can I join your gym if I am in Dubai?
We highly recommend that you do, as it is a state-of-the-art facility. The quality and variety of equipment available are most definitely in the top gyms in Dubai.
We would also recommend you to work with our trainers one on one for at least the first month of your fitness journey. That way, you can be confident that they will teach you how to exercise the right way! If you can't come to the gym, we can arrange for one of our fitness professionals to come to your location or arrange ZOOM sessions for clients outside of the UAE.
Suppose you have training experience and know-how to lift correctly. In that case, you can still achieve your body transformation just by following our carefully curated workout programs and being in touch with our trainers through regular checkups.

Our workout library has over 250 exercises which means that we can create a personalized program optimized for any goal and workout environment.

Fortius Hybrid is suitable for all healthy individuals, no matter the age or training experience. If you have an injury or a medical condition, you will have to disclose that on your initial assessment with Milos, head trainer. He will decide whether to proceed with the transformation program or not.
How many months does it take to transform a body?
The time frame for each transformation will vary, but the average time it takes for most of our clients to achieve their body transformations is between 12 & 24 weeks. There are a couple of factors that will determine the time needed for you to transform. They include:

Current fitness level
Number of weekly sessions
Adherence to the diet plan
Recovery/sleep
Do I need access to a gym?
We recommend that you join a gym so we can create the optimal workout program for your body. However, if you prefer to exercise in the comfort of your home, know that we have over 250 exercises in our workout library. That allows us to create an effective workout program for any setting that you have.
Will I lose my results if I stop training after my transformation?
Our transformation program takes care of your overall health. It ensures a healthy and sustainable fat loss journey so you can continue to maintain your results even after finishing the transformation program. However, that does not mean that you can stop training entirely and start eating fast foods daily, and you will have to remain active to preserve your gains!
Does your program focus on building muscle mass?
Our program delivers no matter what goals you might have. If your specific aim is to build muscle mass, we will curate the program to prioritize that particular goal. Whether you want to focus on gaining muscle or you prefer weight loss and want to drop your body fat percentage, we will create a different program that will focus on body fat reduction.
Do I have to track my calorie intake to achieve my goals?
Whether your goal is to maintain muscle, muscle growth, or lose weight, we highly recommend counting your calorie intake to help you reach your results in the shortest possible time. Having the proper food intake is crucial to achieving the changes in body composition that you want?
Can I drink alcohol and still achieve good progress?
You can drink in moderation and still achieve great results. However, overconsumption of alcohol leads to muscle wasting and impairs your performance during weight training. When lifting weights, you must be 100% focused, and having a few glasses of alcohol the night before will impact your performance and potential for muscle growth.
Is weight training necessary to achieve my goals?
Resistance exercises represent the foundation of our program. By following exercises that will stimulate your muscles the right way, you will ensure that you are building muscle and, at the same time, burning fat. If you want to focus your workouts just on cardio training, you will never have a chance to achieve a beach body transformation.
Can I gain muscle and burn fat at the same time?
If you are a beginner to the intermediate lifter with the right exercises and adequate nutrition, you can achieve both simultaneously. The more experienced of a lifter you are, the harder it becomes to accomplish both goals at the same time. In that case, we suggest that your workouts and nutrition prioritize whichever goal might be more important for you at the time.
What happens to my body if I miss training for a week or two?
It takes more than two weeks of rest for your body to start losing muscle if your food intake is sufficient. That does not mean that you can miss a week or two of training every single month. We suggest that if you train consistently for 10-12 weeks, you take a week up to 10 days off from training and do other activities that will still stimulate your muscles to a certain extent like swimming, football, padel tennis, and walking. This type of active rest will for sure do good and help you come back to your workouts with renewed energy!

Unlike most wellness companies, we are particular when it comes to choosing the people we work with. You can expect a 100% commitment towards your goals from our side, but to achieve a body transformation, we need to make sure that you are ready to put in the work required.

We need you to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions a week during the transformation period, although we highly recommend four weekly sessions for optimal results.

We need you to follow our nutritional guidelines strictly throughout the transformations period. Bare in mind that you will have your cheat meals occasionally!

Getting your desired transformation is no walk in the park, so we need you to be prepared to put in the work required! Dropping body fat and building muscle takes some serious work, or else everyone would be walking around with a beach body!
