  • It's common to achieve both fat loss and muscle gain simultaneously, especially if you're new to exercise. However, it gets harder to accomplish both goals simultaneously as you become more advanced. In that case, you should focus on one goal during a set period. We suggest that people who need to lose weight concentrate on that and then on building lean muscle tissue.

  • That depends on many factors, including your current health status, how many fitness sessions you plan to do per week, your previous exercise experience, and your current weight. A realistic weight loss is 0.5kg/1lb per week if you want to preserve your health and give your body enough time to adjust to the changes. Sometimes weight drops much faster, and that is completely fine!

  • At the moment, we don't offer personal training in Abu Dhabi, but our trainers can offer exceptional service via our online training programs—check out our Fortius Hybrid International program!

  • Muscle loss is a gradual process that speeds up as we age. Staying active and participating in some resistance training is crucial to maintaining your hard-earned muscle mass. Nutrition doesn't have to be strict all the time, and we allow a lot of flexibility in our plans. However, it is important to be consistent with the number of meals and the amount of protein you consume! We believe at Fortius Dubai that healthy habits also mean a happy life!

Unlike most personal training companies, we are particular when choosing the people we work with. You can expect a 100% commitment towards your goals from our side, but to achieve a body transformation, we need to make sure that you are ready to put in the work required.

That's why we expect our clients to make some commitments necessary for us to get the results needed.

We need you to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions a week during the transformation period, although we highly recommend four weekly sessions for optimal results.

We need you to follow our nutritional guidelines strictly throughout the transformations period. Bare in mind that you will have your cheat meals occasionally!

Getting your desired transformation is no walk in the park, so we need you to be prepared to put in the work required! Dropping body fat and building muscle takes some serious work, or else everyone would be walking around with a beach body!

We need you to be the best version of yourself, not just for us but also for all those around you that are watching and supporting you on this journey!
